Q: Do I have to print the ticket?
A: You don’t have to, but it is recommended for faster registration when boarding the ship. You can show the ticket on your mobile device. Please do not print the image of the QR code over the entire A4 paper, because in this way the QR code is scaled and cannot be scanned.

Q: How much luggage can I take with me?
A: It is allowed to take up to 23 kg of luggage per passenger. If there is room on board, our crew will allow you to bring additional luggage on board.

Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: You can buy tickets online using our website or at the points of sale whose locations you can find on our website. Furthermore, tickets can be bought on the ships just before departure.

Q: Can tickets be reserved?
A: Tickets cannot be reserved.

Q: Are the seats numbered?
A: The seats are not numbered. The passenger chooses the seat himself after boarding. (Free Seating)

Q: When does passenger boarding begin?
A: Boarding on all our ships and lines begins 30 minutes before the departure of the ship (except in intermediate ports where boarding begins immediately after disembarking passengers).

Q: Can I buy food or drinks on your catamarans? Do they have toilets?
A: There are bars on all catamarans that offer snacks and similar food in addition to various soft drinks. All our ships have several toilets.

Q: Are your boats air conditioned? Is it possible to stay outdoors while sailing?
A: All catamarans are equipped with air conditioners. Going out on deck as well as staying on it depends on the capabilities of the individual ship and weather conditions.

Q: Do you transport pets?
A: Pets may only be carried if they do not pose a danger or nuisance to passengers or the ship. The owners assume the risk of travel and responsibility for any damages. Dogs must be muzzled (with the exception of guide dogs for blind people) and kept on a leash, cats in boxes, and birds in cages. Dogs and cats must have proper vaccination documents. It is allowed to transport small pets in the catamaran saloon at a price of 50%, and larger ones outside in a cage at a price of 100%. Small pets are transported exclusively in a bag for carrying and transporting pets (transporter soft bag) with maximum dimensions of 45 x 35 x 25 cm. The bag must be kept under the seat or on the lap during the entire journey. One passenger may only have one bag with a pet. Transport of large pets is allowed only if the technical conditions on board are met (special boxes).

Q: Is it possible to transport bicycles on board?
A: It is possible to transport bicycles on all our ships with a limited number of seats. Bicycles are transported at your own risk. The ticket price for a bicycle is the same as for a passenger.

Q: My trip was canceled by the Seller. How to get a refund?
A: You are entitled to a 100% refund of the funds paid. Send the request to the provided e-mail (refund@krilo.hr) with information about your tickets.

Q: Is it possible to change the ticket for another date?
A: Tickets cannot be changed. Tickets can be canceled and refunded according to the refund policy. You need to buy new tickets.

Q: Do you offer vehicle transportation?
A: No, all our ships are intended exclusively for the transportation of passengers.

Q: Are there possible delays in the sailing schedules?
A: Delays are possible due to force majeure, that is, most often due to bad weather, and during the season, due to traffic jams in the ports.
